Stephanie Morwell is a Governmental Advocate and Legislative Aide with over a decade of experience working in California’s capitol community. In her current position, Ms. Morwell primarily represents clients in the natural resources, technology and privacy sectors. Specifically, she has helped clients navigate California’s complex privacy laws brought forth by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Ms. Morwell has established relationships with regulatory and policy staff to help educate on client priorities. As a Legislative Aide, Ms. Morwell provides clients with timely, detailed legislative reports, and helps identify and monitor legislation related to client priorities.

Ms. Morwell graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communication.
